uh-oh--I didn't get it. what does that say about me?
It probably says that you don't spend a lot of time interacting with automated voice menu systems. Certainly, wading through voice menus is one of the more annoying aspects of our "technologically advanced" society.
Essentially it means if you want the message in Spanish, you press the star button on your phone. How about the messages that give you a button to push for everything except the live customer service representative?!
